I am a busy dad with a crazy job and an amazing family. I’ve been married for over a decade and have 3 wonderful kids.
I need to keep these things in balance, so I need to fulfill responsibilities to my family and to myself. I love to give them what they need and want, anything for those smiles and laughter.
I also need to keep myself in shape and take of my mind and body.
There’s always birthdays, anniversaries, tantrum days, fat days, family issues, and random events that I need help with.
But I don’t have a lot of spare time to go shopping, consult a bunch of experts, or do any sort of research. I needed a central place to go to get up to date advice on my kids, my wife and my life!
